Seth Bour
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Seth Bour is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Sky Grove Capital, where he focuses on the acquisition and operational transformation of essential service businesses across Florida.
Prior to founding Sky Grove, Seth was a strategy and transformation leader at McKinsey & Company, where he led high-stakes transformations that integrated tech-enablement and AI innovation to drive significant bottom-line impact. Prior to McKinsey, he served as President of Firm Realty, where he held full P&L ownership for a privately-held real estate portfolio, directing vertically integrated operations and enterprise-wide initiatives to deliver outsized portfolio value.
Seth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a secondary field in Sociology from Harvard College. A dedicated servant leader, Seth is actively involved in the Harvard University community where he currently serves as a College Director for the Harvard Alumni Association and as President and Director of the Harvard Club of Miami.
Seth is also a fourth-generation South Florida native, and currently lives in Broward County with his wife and their three children.
Matthew Joblove
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Matthew Joblove is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Sky Grove Capital, where he partners with founders of essential service businesses across Florida. He is involved in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, executing, and scaling investments.
Prior to founding Sky Grove, Matthew was a Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Transactions at Sun Capital Partners, where he led control investments across industrial and business services sectors. He has served on the boards of multiple portfolio companies and has extensive experience working closely with management teams on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and add-on acquisitions.
Matthew began his career in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey, advising on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
A fourth-generation South Florida native, Matthew lives in Broward County with his wife, their three children, and their dog. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University with concentrations in finance and accounting.
